Frequently Asked Questions
Is my habit data saved between sessions?
Yes. All data is stored in your browser's local storage. Your habits, streaks, and completion history persist across sessions on the same device.
Can I track weekly habits, not just daily?
The tracker supports daily habit tracking. For habits you do less frequently, you can still check them off on the days you complete them and track your weekly pattern.
How do streaks work?
A streak counts consecutive days you've completed a habit. Missing a day resets the streak to zero. This gamification encourages consistency, which research shows is the key to building lasting habits.
How many habits should I track at once?
Research suggests starting with 2-3 habits for the best success rate. Once those become automatic (typically 21-66 days), add more. Tracking too many at once reduces follow-through.
